Yes....these really are the rules.
But some explanation might be in order
Let's look at these footnotes to clarify what's to be expected as a privileged member of our esteemed youth center.
• Rules 1, 2 ,3, 4, 7, 8, 29, 32 & 37 deal with what is known to wee little babes as "playing too rough".
• Rules 5,12 & 16 refer to takin or damaging what ain't yours; stuff that belongs to others or the YC.
• Rules 6, 11, 13, 17 & 28 indicate that the following are not to be used or distributed & should not be present at any youth activity: cigarettes, lighters, matches, alcoholic beverages, prescription & non-prescription drugs. If you got snot, or must take medication for any other reason, have your folks give it to you befo41. fruitin're you come to the YC.
• Rules 9, 10, 25, 27, 30 & 39 deal with verbal arguments, fights, slander or ticked off remarks to or against others.  This is not acceptable.  If you have a problem with someone & you can't resolve it peacefully, the chaperone will help the two of you work it out.
• Rules 14, 19 & 34 refer to relationships with the opposite sex. Your behavior should be discreet & proper while at the YC or any youth activity. You are to speak and act with integrity while attending the YC.
• Rules 15, 23 & 36 address acceptable attire for our activities. For swimming activities, all ladies should wear one piece suits, guys...you can wear two piece suits if you want!
• Rules 18, 20, 21 & 24 mean that if you come to the YC, we have an "open door" policy where you can leave whenever you're good & ready, but you do need to sign in & out on the attendance sheet.
• Rule 22 means that you should come to the YC clean.  No stinky Teva toes, no sardines in your pockets & deodorant would be cool!
• Rules 9, 26 & 33 mean that profanity, vulgarity, dirty jokes & nasty conversation have no place where we're assembled.
• Rules 31, 38 & 40 mean that no weapons should be brought to the YC.
• Rule 41 means that food (fruit) served is to be eaten not played with or thrown. No food fights.
